ESSAY
How have economy affected you and your community? Well, if you live in a mixed economy, your country is likely to be success either right now or in the future. A mixed economy is control by both government and individual. Countries all over the world are moving rapidly to a mixed economy.In a mixed economy, the common good and individuals work together to control chaos and provide protection to its citizens.A mixed economy is the best for the people because it balances the power between the individual and the common good.
Chaos is cause by individuals.Usually, individuals do before they think, and that actions make the country falls into the deep, dark valley.The best example that proves my idea is the story “Wise Old Women” Written by Yoshiko Uchida. The government abandons all of the old people in the village. A young farmer doesn’t want to give his aged mom away, he then hide his mom.All of the problems would be solveif the government and individual work together cohesively. Government also has their own problems. They make you work hard and take your credits. They make stupid rules that only benefit themselves. They make you give up what is most important to you but mixed economy is different.Mixed economy gives us a chance to live in a peace world.
Individuals always make horrible decisions and then regret.Government is here to protect people from making wrong choices that lead them into a dark cave without a way out. For example, in the story “How Much Land Does a Man Need?” written by Tolstoy, it shows that man’s greed make people regret and disasters will just hit them without them notice.The man in the story isbeing greedy so the price he has to pay is that he has to give up his life. If the government involve, they would not let him do such a thing by give him his needs. Needs is different than greed but the government could provide you enough. When the land is free, you will have what you want and your greedy might disappear or gone for a while. Mixed economy is the best economy and it gets you out of hard solving situations. That’s the reason why mixed economy is present in this world.
