Flower of Algernon HW

I have a lot of fun today so I decide to write it down so later on, I can go back through the pages and remember these moments. I went to the "Hospital" to see Charlie today and I'm really suprise that Charlie is learning faster and faster everyday and it was incredible and when I told him that he was really happy. The progress report was soo funny, he wrote a lot of his feelings down and that's good but he makes a lot of spelling mistake though, and there were no commas in his sentence so I decide to teach him that. After I finish ready reading some of the progress report, I look at him in a funny way because it was soo good.  I said to him that he's a fine person and someday, he'll show them all. He don't understands it at all and he ask me why several times but I want him to stay possitive to I didn't tell him what I mean when I say that. Then I say, " never mind, and you know what, if you ever finds out the truth that people around you are not what you think, don't be sad ok?"  Then I continue, " For a person that god give so little, you've done more than someone with a lot of brains and they never knows use." He said," all my friends are smart but they are really good too." Right after he finish that sentence, I just want to cry out loud but I tried to hold it in. He continue," They like me and they never do anything that wasn't nice." That's it, that's the time my tears start to comes out, I can't hold it anymore, it's so hard and horrible. I ran straight to the lady room and just cry out loud in there. I don't want to make Charlie wait for me but I can't. I can't even stop, I look ridiculous but I just keep cying and my tears just won't stop comming out... soo I guess it was not just a fun day at all right?

  1. Hi Mindy! You've done the homework in the right spot. This is some great writing. However, I believe that you have done question twelve, when you were to choose from questions six through nine. Next time be sure to follow the instructions more carefully.
