Recite Project - Wendy, Tina, Mindy

Music of my life
by Kacey Storm

The music takes my soul
Takes it through the wind, and around the autumn trees
As the earth turns slowly
Each song, makes me wonder what really goes on while I'm asleep.
As a disco ball shenes through my dream.
I wish I was awake, as the music plays.
And wished instead of school, I'd get to party and dance all day.
As one song makes you move, and happy
The other makes you cry, and sappy.
Each song with its own act,
Life reacts back.
As each tune, makes you
the way you are
That's why I'm kind of bizzare.
It's hard to believe your song,
is more than just a song
Or a bell is more than a bell.
And a voice, could be as hell
You could lose your soul
Regain it again, each feeling fills you full
As each tune tells you what to do.
Nothing is better than the feeling of the music's 'tude.

Get Lost In The Music
by Roxane Faulkner

Music is part of my everyday life,
it's the one thing that makes me feel alive.
No matter what it could be,
all music influence me.

Music teaches me everthing I do,
After hearing the words, you know it suits you.
Without music I don't know what I would do,
when I'm feeling bad it's the only place I can go to.

Music is my life, my desire,
As I listen, it builds me higher.
No matter what kind, rock, country, or rap,
you can't convince me that any of it is crap.

What ever you're feeling, whether its happy, sad or fear,
just turn it up and listen what you hear.
To me music could never go wrong,
I could listen to it all day long

The Loudest Shadow
by Anthony

It begins as a noise in the background
keeping steady beat as it makes its round
it can be found at any time of day
it's so simple, just push play

It creates a story for everyone's life
as if it understand your struggles and strife
it's impossible to stop, it's purpose will bevserve
as if not to judge on wheter or not you deserve
to feel absorbed in something begger than yourself
where there is nobody to ever ring the bell

Of complete reality and worry filled days
when life gets too real there's omething that says
I'll be with you through the HAPPY and SAD
the really GREAT days and event the BAD

It lingers as if ready at any possible time
to lift you off your feet and begin to fly
away from al the grief, sorrow and pain
to tell your mind that it's free again

No judgin or casting a nasty glare
nope, just to let you know that it's always there
as the shoulder to cry on when no one else cares
and casts you alone to face all of your scares

it will give you a feeling that no one else can
and open your eyes to the ever growing span

Ethnography Reflection Essay

After struggling with the instruction paper, we quickly figured out what we have to do. It was very confusing for us at first but we managed to get through. At first, we planned to do only video and put it on the blog, tumblr that we created but after a week, we plan to have a prezi to show what we found out while we did the ethnography project. We also have some last minute change because things don’t work out the way we planned it to be but we changed it back because we thought that it would be confuse to change everything at the last minute and we solve our problem by work together and now, we stick with the prezi, the video and the “tumblr” blog
After several weeks of surveying and researching, our group finds out that although we all live in an AIS community but we have different opinion of different categories. We also found out through Mr. Patrick’s blog posts that in AIS, Vietnamese population takes up to 90.69 percent, American only take up 4.36 percent, and other countries like Chinese, Germany, Australia, etc. take up 4.98 percent. Different to other groups, we ask what adults think and we compare it to our group. We ask adults in school like staffs and faculties and we compare to each of our opinion. We’ve done these works through recording people’s answer into a camera and it will be shown through a video that was edited by Mickey and Steve. After everything is finish and ready to be due in, we put all of our works onto a blog that Aeris created. We think that we will work on the blog even after the Ethnography project. May be we will but video bloopers on the blog and also the processes that we’ve been through. I think that we may also put who and what helps us to get to this point and I believe that Mr. Patrick was our biggest help.
I think Ethnography helps us understand the people around us and it helps us know that we are similar to each other. We might disagree with each other but I think that we
